ADDITIONAL EVENT DETAILS

You may choose your own caterer. Caterers must show proof of liability insurance for a minimum amount of $300,000 and list The Barn at Flying Hills as an additional insured. “Self-catered” events are NOT permitted.

You may bring your own alcohol to The Barn and provide it for your guests but NO “cash bar” is allowed.

Table linens and napkins are included with full price rentals.  Chair covers and table runners are available for an additional cost.

Table linens are available for 60-day events at an additional cost.

› No tacks, nails or tape may be used
› You may use Command Strips or Poster Putty.
› No helium balloons
› No rice (birdseed is permitted outside)
› No silk flower petals on the grass in the garden
› Candles may be used but must be in a container of some sort (no candles of any kind in the rest rooms)
› No sand as would be used for a beach themed wedding
› No fireworks or sparklers

Please remove all trash and dispose of it in the dumpsters located in the parking area adjacent to Rt. 10. Please also remove all decorations and personal belongings by the designated end time (midnight). Clean up any spills (liquid or food) that may occur and remind guests to use trash receptacles for their trash, even when outdoors.

› Capacity is 125 Guests.
› The Barn is handicapped accessible on all levels.
› You and your guests may park anywhere in the Village Center parking lot.
› Smoking is not permitted inside The Barn, but guests may smoke outside and on the small upper balconies. Please remind guests that there are receptacles for cigarettes and cigars. They should not be thrown on the ground, grass, or mulch. Our kitchen includes warming ovens, a range, freezer, refrigerator, sinks, a microwave, and a prep area.
› We will provide dining tables and chairs, buffet tables, gift and cake tables, bar set up tables, bistro tables, a podium and a display easel. We will set up your furniture prior to your event according to an agreed upon floor plan. You also control the heat/air conditioning on both levels.
› Overstay time will be billed at $100.00 per hour.
